Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Eleven89 LLC ("we") collects through eleven89.org and how we use it. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell personal information.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send a message we store the name, email address, company, phone number, message, and messaging consent you enter, along with the page you sent it from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
- Server logs. Our web server records requests (IP address, page, time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
- Error reports. If a script on this site fails, the browser sends us a report containing the error, the page URL, and, for a failed form submission, the form contents so we can recover your message.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you ask us to do.
- To keep the site running securely.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us a phone number and tick the consent box on the contact form, or otherwise ask us to text you, we may send you SMS messages about your enquiry or an active project. We do not send marketing text messages to people who have not asked for them.
- Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. You can also email it@eleven89.org.
- Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through this site are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to communicate with you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to operate: our hosting providers, our email and SMS delivery providers, and our accounting and payment providers. They process the information on our instructions. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions and error reports are stored in a database we operate on servers hosted by Hetzner Online in the European Union, with encrypted backups held with Amazon Web Services. Email is handled by Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we might need them to respond or to carry out work, and then for the period required for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to messaging. Email it@eleven89.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
